Habits

So I have some confessions. I think any habit to make one or break one it takes a good two weeks of hard dedication to make it a part of you life/routine. Here are my three that I am working on:

1. I'm addicted to Diet Coke. I'm trying to take it out of my diet but I get these craving and just give in to it. Again if I could just get through two weeks without it I would be golden. NO MORE DIET COKE!

2. I need to start walking/running again. I have been slacking this summer and now that it has started to cool down just a bit I want to get it back into my routine. It's just one of those thing that when I do it feel so much better.

3. The most important one. I need quiet time with God. I always put it off and have a million reasons why I can't fit it into my day (which I wouldn't list) but I need to make it a habit. Just like exercising when ever I do it my day seems to go so much better.

These are the things I'm working on. Asks me in a couple weeks to see how I'm doing.

You're so not alone, Lisa! Just remember that...I think as you ask God to give you the motivation and carve out the time for your quiet time, He will! :)
