This may look like an ordinary ceiling fixture to you...

But to me it represents a monumental leap forward in my development as a handy man. That's right - yesterday over the course of a few hours (not days as predicted my my not-so-trusty assistant) yours truly installed a WORKING ceiling light where there WAS NONE BEFORE. Awww Yeah... Crawling in the attic? check. Cutting holes in dry wall? Not a problem. Running wires to a new double switch box? Easy. Attaching said wires? Not too bad after a phone consult with G Pa. It's a proud day on the road to becoming a Bona Fide Handy man. Not too bad Fry...not too bad. Boo Yeah.

Way to go Aaron! We were hoping to replace our trim upstairs... So in between your captain training, fixing up your house, being a dad and husband, and the birth of your second child we would love your help. :)

Thanks for the posts!
